Ireland Reads event 2025: 'What we make and what we love'
To mark Ireland Reads Day 2025, Limerick City Library are delighted to host members of Limerick's 'Writepace' writing group who will talk about how their writing group was set up and how they support and nourish one another's writing. They'll each do two short readings, - one from a book they've recently loved, and the other an extract from their own creative work. They'll finish with questions and answers from the audience and some advice on how to set up and run a writing group. They'll feature several members of the group including writers Sarah Moore Fitzgerald, Grainne O'Brien, Dan Mooney, Sheila Killian, Eoin Devereux, Noel Harrington, Hilda McHugh, Pippa Slattery, and Laura Keohan. Refreshments will be served.
