Europe Direct Limerick are delighted to host this free workshop for all in Limerick City Library where experts in the field of AI and Machine Learning will answer any questions you may have about AI and it's impact. During this AI Demystified presentation a panel of speakers will talk about their work in this exciting field and their short presentations will be followed by an engaging panel discussion allowing you the audience to participate and get answers to your AI queries.
Our Speakers:
Dr Juan Albarracin: Postdoctoral Researcher at the Computer Science and Information System department, University of Limerick and Lero. He specializes in Deep Generative Models and General Machine Learning and currently works in application of Machine Learning algorithms for the wind industry.
Dr Ehsan Namjoo: Postdoctoral Researcher in Lero at the University of Limerick and is currently focused on developing an Explainable AI (XAI) strategy to enhance the safety and security of edge devices in the robotics industry.
Dr Clare McInerney: Education and Public Engagement Program Manager in Lero – the Research Ireland Centre for Software, at the University of Limerick.
